I'll bet you're questioning my sanity right about now.
Really, I'm not an advocate of violence.
This movie, and Hopkin's performance in particular had quite an impact on my life.
I saw this scene not as a glorification of violence, but as an artistic representation of character. A conductor of an orchestra, an arteest utilizing blood as paint.
Well, at any rate, I was encouraged to have prints made of this piece.
